Frequently asked questions
How does delivery work?
After your payment completes, you're taken to a page with a secure download link. The link is valid for 72 hours and can be used up to 3 times — enough to download to your tablet, a backup drive, and your computer.
What file formats do you provide?
Most crosswords and sudoku come as PDF only. EPUB Classics include both EPUB and PDF. Art collections are PDF only. The product page always lists the available formats.
My download link expired. Can I get a new one?
Create a free account before purchasing and your orders are saved permanently. You can then contact us and we'll reissue a new link. We're a small shop — just email support@papyr.is.
Which devices are compatible?
Any device that can open a PDF or EPUB file. We specifically optimise for reMarkable 2, reMarkable Paper Pro, Kindle Scribe, Kobo Elipsa 2E, Boox Note Air, and Supernote A5 — but standard tablets and computers work too.
Can I print the puzzles?
Absolutely. The PDFs are high-resolution and print beautifully on A4 or US Letter paper.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have a genuine issue — wrong file, corrupted download — email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I resell or redistribute the files?
No. Each purchase is a single-user licence for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is not permitted.
Do you have gift cards or bundles?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. Sign up for an account to be notified when we add bundles.
